2024 Gamecock MBB Signee Trent Noah Goes Off For 38 Points In Arby's Classic
Lamont Paris and the South Carolina Gamecocks MBB team have been putting in a lot of work over the past nine months. While the team has gotten out to an 11-1 start, already matching their win total from this past season, Paris has landed multiple skilled shooters to replenish his cupboard.
One of the offensive-minded players that's set to join the program next Summer is Harlan Country (KY) three-star Trent Noah, who, at 6'6', 200 pounds, is rated the 188th best player nationally according to On3 Sports' Industry Composite Rankings. On Tuesday night, Noah displayed what he'll soon bring to Columbia in the Arby's Classic against Oak Ridge High School out of Tennessee, as the high school senior scored 38 of his team's 67 points.
With his superb free-throw shooting prowess, combined with his ability to separation for himself to either shoot the basketball or draw off-ball defenders and kick it out to open teammates, Noah's high basketball IQ will only expand what the Gamecocks can do offensively once he arrives on campus.
