Former Stanford OL James Pogorelc To Transfer To Duke

The former Stanford Cardinal will be finishing his career at Duke after entering his name into the college football transfer portal
In this story:

Stanford lost a handful of players to the transfer portal after this past season, which has become a commonality in college football.

However, unlike after the 2022 season when they seemingly lost every starter, they haven't been on the wrong end of many massive portal departures. One of the players who opted to finish his career elsewhere was offensive tackle James Pogorelc.

The former four-star recruit took to social media on Saturday to announce that he'd be transferring to Duke.

He has at least two years of eligibility remaining, which means he may end up playing against Stanford somewhere down the line in ACC play.

Following the departure of Mike Elko, Duke is now led by Manny Diaz who has been hitting the transfer portal hard this offseason.
