The wait for the Pac-12 media rights deal continues to be just that, a wait.

The remaining nine presidents and athletic directors met with president George Kliavkoff, who presented them their "primary" media rights deal. It was later revealed by ESPN's Pete Thamel that the new deal is centered around most of their games being streamed on Apple.

A move that Pac-12 insider Jon Wilner later touched on explaining that not having ESPN involved in some capacity would hurt the league's visibility and their ability to promote their brand. He also revealed that the presidents will need to decide right now if partnering with Apple now will help or hurt them when the next negotiations come around in 2030.

The conference will meet sometime soon again, but right now college football fans are waiting to see if another program will leave the conference.
