As a high school student, Ayomanor began is football career at The Peddie School in Hightstown, N.J., however he shifted to Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Mass. after one year.  Ayomanor caught the eye of many NCAA recruiters, such as for Arizona, Yale, Princeton, Iowa, Tennessee and Notre Dame. However, he knew that Stanford always peaked his interest.

“My mom and I talked it through regarding my goals and agreed I wanted to be able to play at a school that would give me an opportunity at the NFL,” Ayomanor said. “However, if I got hurt or something happened where I couldn’t play football anymore I still wanted to get a very high-level education. To me, Stanford is the best school in America to do that at. I love it here.”

Ayomanor made a name for himself this year when the Cardinal matched up against Colorado on Oct. 13. At the conclusion of the game, the star receiver totaled 13 receptions for 194 yards. On top of that, he recorded three touchdowns. Ayomanor was a main contributor in the Cardinal's 46-43 comeback win that game.

Overall, however, the receiver ranked at No. 4 in the Pac 12 in receiving yards. He totaled 1,013 in addition to nine touchdowns off of 62 catches.
