While many programs are indulging themselves in this era of having sixth and even seventh-year seniors, there are some across the country that have looked from within for important snaps.

Playing freshmen isn't always ideal at first due to the growing pains, the need to adapt to the college game, and the lack of experience but it is something that often has its benefits in the long run. In a post on the app formerly known as Twitter, PFF revealed the 10 teams that had the most snaps played by freshmen this season.

The teams varied in success with some finishing well below .500 and others either making the College Football Playoff or coming close. Among those teams, notable programs such as Stanford, Clemson, Miami, Alabama, and Georgia stand out.

Here are the teams that had the most snaps played by freshmen.
