Heading into Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey had scored in 17 straight games which tied the NFL record.

While he and the 49ers got the win, his streak ended which now means that he will remain tied with Hall of Famer Lenny Moore for the all-time NFL record. He did have a handful of opportunities in the 34-3 victory, racking up 95 yards rushing and 47 receiving, but he couldn't find his way into the end zone.

When asked about it after the game, McCaffrey had a hilarious response.

While the record would have been a notable personal achievement for McCaffrey, the win was needed for the team. It snapped San Francisco's three-game losing streak ahead of what will be a tough slate as they are set to embark on a three-game stretch that pits them against the Buccaneers (4-5), Seahawks (5-3), and the Eagles (8-1).
