Stanford center fielder Eddie Park often was overlooked thanks to all of the powerful bats behind him, but Park may have been the toughest out for opposing pitchers of them all.

He was one of seven players that heard his name called on Monday as a part of the 2023 MLB Draft, which saw three players drafted within the eighth round. The junior outfielder was selected by the Chicago White Sox with the No. 239 pick in the draft, which was just a few picks after teammate and first baseman, Carter Graham

Park was named an All-Pac-12 honorable mention, and finished the season batting .333 with 68 runs scored, six homers and 47 RBIs while leading off for the Cardinal.
