The No. 4 Stanford Cardinal spent their Thanksgiving in Henderson, Nevada as they were partaking in the Ball Dawgs Classic.

After a sluggish showing against Belmont in the first game that still saw them win by 19 points, the Cardinal took on No. 13 Florida State in the tournament's championship. The Seminoles got out to an early lead, but Stanford ended up making adjustments to keep up with Florida State's up-tempo offense and never looked back.

They ended up scoring their most points of the season winning by a score of 100-88, and it was Kiki Iriafen that walked away with MVP honors after she dropped a monumental 30 points and 17 rebounds. Her running mate and fellow star Cameron Brink added 19 points and nine rebounds, while two of their other starters in Hannah Jump (17) and Elena Bosgana (16), also provided a boost in scoring.

The win gives Stanford their second over a ranked opponent, with both Indiana and now Florida State being ranked in the top 15 when the Cardinal beat them. Stanford is now 6-0 on the year and will take on Albany back in Palo Alto on Sunday.
