Four Star Tight End Jamie Tremble Commits to Syracuse Football
Four star Norcross (GA) Wesleyan School tight end Jamie Tremble has committed to Syracuse. Tremble took an official visit to the Orange the weekend of June 9th and put SU on top afterwards. Less than a week later, he is newest member of Syracuse's 2024 class and first tend end this cycle to pledge Orange. The 6-4, 205 pounder picked Syracuse over offers from Boston College, Duke, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and others.
"Probably the best part was getting to see the facilities," Tremble said. "At first, I was kind of skeptical because I didn't know how big Syracuse was going to be. I didn't really know much about them before I visited. The campus was just huge with all the facilities. Coach Campanile was just telling me about all the improvements and remodels they're going to do by like 2025. The visit overall was great, but my favorite part was seeing the campus and the facilities."
Part of Tremble's attraction to Syracuse was the Orange's plan for him within Jason Beck's offensive scheme.
"The coaches already have a set plan for me and what they expect me to play," Tremble said. "The tight end position, the Y position there. They want me to kind of fill in Oronde Gadsden's position. They said once he leaves, they're probably going to mold me into someone like him. Split out and split in at the same time. Just kind of a mismatch, fast tight end who's versatile."
Tremble is rated a four star prospect by 247Sports, and a three star by On3 and Rivals.
