Monday Musings: How Syracuse Targets Fared in AAU Play This Weekend
Syracuse basketball recruiting targets were in action over the weekend in AAU play. Most were on the Nike EYBL circuit while one participated on the Adidas circuit. The table below is a look at how they performed.
Notes: Darius Adams and Kiyan Anthony played for the U-16 squads while Jerry Easter played up a level with the U-17 team. Jalik Dunkley-Distant played in the Canadian version of the EYBL, the EYCL. Stats from the Nike EYBL website.

In addition to the players noted above, Syracuse commit Elijah Moore played for the New York Wiz Kids on the Adidas AAU circuit at the 3SSB event over the weekend. Unfortunately, the Adidas AAU website has no statistical information. Still, various reports indicated Moore played extremely well, including on Friday where he made six three-pointers.
Syracuse head coach Adrian Autry was spotted at Adidas watching commit Elijah Moore and other targets, while Gerry McNamara was at the Nike EYBL watching various targets including those listed above.
