Trashon Dye, Travon Dye, Jason Robinson, Zekai Wimberly Lock In Syracuse Official Visits
The weekend of June 9th is set to be a busy one for Syracuse football. The Orange will host running back commit Trashon Dye, linebacker commit Travon Dye, wide receiver Jason Robinson and linebacker Zekai Wimberly for official visits, they announced on social media.
Trashon Dye committed to Syracuse in March along with his brother. He stars for Passaic County Tech in New Jersey and is rated a three star prospect each of the recruiting services.
Travon Dye is Trashon's twin brother and committed in March as well. He is also rated a three star prospect from the recruiting services.
Robinson has been to Syracuse for an unofficial, but now will get an even closer look with an official. He also has officials scheduled to California (June 23rd) and Utah (August 31st). Robinson stars for Long Beach Poly in California. He is rated a four star by Rivals, and a high three star by 247Sports, ESPN and On3.
Wimberly has also visited Syracuse for unofficials. He is rated a three star prospect by On3, but is unrated by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals. Wimberly stars for West Orange High in New Jersey. The Orange's biggest competition is Ole Miss. He also holds offers from Temple, Monmouth and Towson, and has interest from Penn State.
