The Texas A&M men's basketball team beat the Missouri Tigers 69-60 on Saturday afternoon at Missouri Arena in Columbia, Missouri.

Behind 21 points from guard Wade Taylor IV, A&M (20-7, 12-2 SEC) shot 44 percent from the floor, improving over recent games where they were held under 40.

Taylor also registered six assists, four rebounds, and two steals.

Guard Dexter Dennis led all players with 10 rebounds, eight defensive, to go along with 17 points. Guard Tyrece Radford was the only other Aggies player with double-digit points with 12, while also grabbing 4 rebounds and tossing two assists.

Tigers (19-8, 7-7 SEC) guard Kobe Brown led all scorers with 24 points to accompany six rebounds, and guard D'Moi Hodge scored 12 while forcing six steals from the Aggies' offense as the Aggies defense held the Tigers to 39 percent shooting from the field.

A&M started hot, pulling out to a 7-3 lead five minutes into the game that quickly dissolved when Brown and Hodge both nailed 3-pointers.

The Aggies held a 39-25 lead at the half and were able to keep the Tigers at arm's length the rest of the way. Sean East II got the Tigers to within eight with a layup with 7:04 left in the game, but A&M clamped down on defense and held on for the win.

Next up for the Aggies are the No. 10 Tennessee Volunteers at Reed Arena on Tuesday at 6 p.m. CT. The game can be seen on ESPN.
