Texas A&M Aggies vs. Mississippi State Bulldogs Kickoff Time, TV Information Announced

For the first time since Week 1, the Aggies will have a true night game.

COLLEGE STATION -- For the first time since Week 1, the Texas A&M Aggies will kick off at sunset.

The Aggies will take on Mississippi State at Kyle Field on Nov. 11 at 6:30 p.m., the Southeastern Conference league office announced Monday. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN2.

The Aggies (5-3, 3-2 SEC) have been drawn to early kickoffs since the start of conference play. A&M is 3-0 in 11 a.m. kicks, including securing the 30-17 victory over South Carolina Saturday at Kyle Field.

The Aggies travel to Oxford to take on No. 11 Ole Miss at 11 a.m. this Saturday.

The Bulldogs (4-4., 1-4 SEC) have struggled to find an offensive identity under first-year coach Zach Arnett. Mississippi State consistently ranked top 20 in passing under Mike Leach, averaging over 330 yards per contest in 2021 and 2022.

This season, the Bulldogs are averaging less than 200 yards per contest and 25.1 points per game, both bottom-three among SEC programs.

Despite the struggles, the Bulldogs have had their way with A&M, owning a 9-7 record in the all-time series. Mississippi State has also won five of their previous seven matchups against the Aggies, including back-to-back victories against Jimbo Fisher.

The Bulldogs could be without starting quarterback Will Rogers for Week 11's contest. One of the top passers in the SEC over the previous two years, Rogers hasn't suited up for Mississippi State since Oct. 7 after suffering a shoulder injury in a win over Western Michigan.

The Aggies will close out their regular season following their matchup with the Bulldogs against Abilene Christian at home and No. 13 LSU on the road. Kickoff for the season finale at Tiger Stadium has not been finalized at this time.
