Aggies Week 5 vs. Arkansas Razorbacks Keys to the Game

As the Aggies take on the Arkansas Razorbacks, they will need to play their best game of the year with a lot on the line,
In this story:

When college football takes the stage in Arlington in the fall, all eyes will be on the Texas A&M Aggies

Week 5 matchup between A&M and the Arkansas Razorbacks will extend the Southwest Classic's history and give either school a real shot at taking control of the SEC West — barring another Alabama head-to-head victory. In order to do so, however, both teams will need to be on top of their games. Any kind of mistake, especially in a tight game, could prove costly down the stretch.

Ahead of the Aggies' matchup against the Razorbacks, here are both team's keys to the game:

The Aggies will win if...

To keep it simple, crucial to the Aggies' success will be finding and maintaining a rhythm. There won't be any excuses entering this matchup, as Texas A&M will have faced any and all kinds of opponents, both conference and non-conference.

Ideally, Conner Weigman will already be comfortable in the starting role, having chemistry with multiple receivers and finding them down the field. Arkansas' defensive core is strong, meaning the Aggies will also need to get things going on the rushing side of their offense.

If they can find their groove on offense and add a few defensive stops, the game should be theirs. Otherwise, it could get ugly quickly.

The Razorbacks will win if...

The story of the game for Arkansas will be its defense. Its high-powered offense is likely to come out motivated, comfortable and powerful. If the Razorbacks don't score on either of their first two possessions, that'll be concerning.

While the receiver turnover is high, adjusting newcomers to an SEC system shouldn't be difficult for a staff as well-versed as Arkansas. On defense, if the Razorbacks can make things uncomfortable for Weigman and company, they may have everything they need to pull off the victory.

Don't count on poster-board material, either. Arkansas is out for revenge after losing 10 of the last 11 matchups.
