Aggies Add Troy Transfer WR Jabre Barber
After suffering substantial losses through the NCAA Transfer Portal over the last few weeks, the Texas A&M Aggies have been quietly adding an abundance of talent back to the roster.
That continued on Friday night when Texas A&M got a commitment from former Troy wide receiver Jabre Barber.
With the commitment of Barber - who ranks as the No. 189 player and No. 35 receiver in the portal - the Aggies now have the No. 3 ranked transfer class in the country, per 247Sports.
On3, however, has a very different view of the Aggies transfer class, ranking it No. 66 in the country.
Barber will come in alongside other offensive weapons such as Cyrus Allen, Wesley Watson, Javon Harvey, and Garrett Miller, to try and help replace the losses of Evan Stewart, Ainias Smith, and Jake Johnson.

Barber will have one year of eligibility remaining, playing in 32 games over the last three seasons, and making 132 catches for 1,674 yards and 10 touchdowns.
This season, he was on the cusp of a 1,000-yard year, catching 75 catches for 999 yards and five scores.
