Following this year's electrifying Opening Weekend sweep, the No. 4 ranked Texas A&M Aggies baseball team (3-0) is gearing up to face Incarnate Word (3-0) in a midweek showdown on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park in College Station.

The Aggies have impressively commenced their season, showcasing their prowess on both offense and defense. Led by standout player Jace LaViolette, who earned unanimous Preseason All-American honors, Texas A&M has been a force to be reckoned with. LaViolette's stellar performance - including three home runs and nine RBIs - has been instrumental in the team's success.

Under the guidance of new pitching coach Max Weiner, the Aggies' pitching staff has been outstanding, allowing just one run in their first three games. This dominant display on the mound has contributed significantly to the team's undefeated start to the season.
