Brayden Taylor's All-Big First Team selection headlined a strong class of TCU players who earned All-Big 12 Honors, as voted upon by coaches from across the league.

It goes down as Taylor's third career all-conference selection, but it marks his first time being selected to the first team. Anthony Silva and Garrett Wright were both voted to the conference's second team, while Karson Bowen, Kole Klecker, Cole Fontenelle, and Louis Rodriguez were all All-Big 12 Honorable Mentions. TCU led the conference in All-Freshman Team appearances with four players: Ben Abeldt, Bowen, Klecker, and Silva.

West Virginia's JJ Wetherholt was named the Big 12 Player of the Year, while his coach, Randy Mazey, won Coach of the Year. This goes down as Mazey's second Coach of the Year selection in four seasons; he previously won the award in 2019.

Lucas Gordon of the Texas Longhorns was named pitcher of the year, and Nolan Schubart (Oklahoma State) and Kodey Shojinaga (Kansas) shared Freshman of the Year honors. Oklahoma State's Tyler Wulfert, a transfer from the JUCO ranks, won Big 12 Newcomer of the Year.

TCU's season continues on Saturday when it will face the winner of Friday's matchup between Kansas and Kansas State.
