Know Your Foe: Arizona State Basketball Players to Watch
The TCU Horned Frogs take on the Arizona State Sun DevilsĀ in the round of 64 in the March Madness tournament on Friday, March 17. Here are some key players on the Arizona State team that TCU fans should know before the game.
#0 DJ Horne
Guard from Raleigh, North Carolina. Junior
The 6-1 175 lb. guard is a talented and fast pace player. Horne can shoot from anywhere on the court and be very dangerous from the three-point line. Horne led ASU in scoring last game and was almost perfect from the field as he shot 70%. He was also 80% from behind the arc. He scored 20 points and could not be slowed down. TCU has to ensure he is being watched at all times and apply pressure to him at all times, or else he will be a problem.

#4 Desmond Cambridge Jr.
Guard from Nashville, Tennessee. Senior
This season, the 6-4 180 lb. guard has been a major part of this team. He is a great playmaker who can create plays and find open lanes. Cambridge Jr. showed us what he was about against Nevada on Wednesday as he led the team in assists and scored 17 points. He was very patient on Wednesday and looked very polished. TCU must match his speed and playmaking to succeed in this game.

#35 Devan CambridgeĀ
Three-star Guard from Nashville, Tennessee. Senior
Like his brother Desmond, the 6-6 215 lb. guard has been a massive part of this team's success this season. Devan has a high basketball I.Q. and is very smart with the ball. On Wednesday versus Nevada, he was spectacular. He shot the ball very well and got much-needed rebounds. He is very nice to have on this roster because their guards do not have much size. However, TCU will still need to be physical in this matchup because they will play hard and make TCU earn their baskets. TCU must watch Devan Cambridge closely because he is a very dangerous player.

#22 Warren Washington
Three-star Forward from Escondido, California. Senior
The 7-0 225 lb. forward is a decent rebounder and shot blocker. Washington can score if he gets hot as well. Last game, he was not very efficient. However, TCU has a smaller big man, so they must match his physicality and get rebounds. The Frogs must watch him because he can make teams pay at the rim if left alone.

#10 Frankie Collins
Four-star guard from Sacramento, California. Sophomore
The 6-1 185 lb. young guard has become an asset to this Arizona State starting roster. He is swift and plays decent defense. Collins is also a good shooter when he is on. He didn't have the best game versus Nevada. However, the Frogs need to ensure he doesn't get hot because this four-guard starting lineup they run can be dangerous and hard to guard.Ā
