The No.2 Kansas Jayhawks host the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday, January 6. The game is at 1 p.m. CT in Lawerence, Kansas, and can be seen on CBS. It's the season's first Big 12 conference game for both teams.

Kansas Center- #1 Hunter Dickinson

Kansas basketball has produced NBA-level talent over and over again. This season, they have a lot of talent on their roster once again. Choosing which player I think will make the biggest impact in this game for Kansas was challenging. However, after thinking carefully about it, I chose senior center Hunter Dickinson.

Dickinson has a large frame, standing at 7'2" and weighing 260 lbs. He is currently ranked one of the best players in the nation. He transferred to the Jayhawks from Michigan. Dickinson is a two-way player and is effective on both sides of the ball. Dickinson offensively is effective almost anywhere, as he can knock down threes and inside as well. He has great touch at the rim and is excellent at defending on the inside.

Dickinson also ranks 2nd in the nation on rebounds, which has been a game-changer for Kansas. TCU has added former Kansas center Ernest Udeh Jr., which has added height to this TCU roster. He will be able to match Dickinson's frame, which will be a fun matchup to watch. TCU is also a quick team and gets a lot of breakaway points. This plays in the Horned Frogs' favor for this matchup because Dickinson's weakest point is his speed and his ability to move quickly.
