The third week of the College Football Playoff rankings only had one change in the four teams making it to the CFP - Georgia jumped over Ohio State to claim the top spot. The Bulldogs have been the No. 1 team all season in both the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll.

Nov 11, 2023; Athens, Georgia, USA; Georgia Bulldogs running back Andrew Paul (3) runs for a touchdown against the Mississippi Rebels in the fourth quarter at Sanford Stadium.

The Georgia Bulldogs are now the No. 1 team in all three polls. The Dawgs have won 27 straight games and have not lost since the SEC Championship Game on December 5, 2021.

The top eight teams in all three polls did not change week-over-week. After losses to teams ranked above them, Penn State and Ole Miss dropped out of the Top 10. Depending on which poll you look at, Louisville, and either Oregon State or Missouri entered the Top Ten.

The Big 12 continues to have five teams ranked in the CFP rankings, with Texas being the closest to having a chance of making the CFP. Kansas is ranked in the CFP but dropped out of the AP Top 25 and Coaches Poll.

The ranked Big 12 teams include:

  • Texas - No. 7 in all three polls
  • Oklahoma - No. 14 in the CFP and AP Top 25; No. 13 in the Coaches Poll
  • Kansas State - No. 21 in the CFP; No. 23 in the AP Top 25; No. 24 in the Coaches Poll
  • Oklahoma State - No. 23 in the CFP; No. 24 in the AP Top 25; No. 25 in the Coaches Poll
  • Kansas - No. 25 in the CFP; receiving votes in the AP Top 25 (#27) and Coaches Poll (#26)
