The Horned Frogs beach volleyball team increased their home win streak to 40 games. They have not lost at home since March 6, 2020, back before COVID had even begun shutting down college sports.

TCU completed their third consecutive perfect season at home, going 12-0 on the year. They did so while sweeping all four teams they played, moving their streak of sweeps to nine. Their current sweep streak (9), total sweeps in a season (22), and perfect 5-0 weekends (3) are all program records for the Frogs.

In their home tournament, the TCU Invitational, the Horned Frogs played Florida Gulf Coast, Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, UTEP, and Houston Christian, beating them all 5-0.

Six Frogs came away with perfect weekends: Daniela Alvarez, Hailey Brockett, Sutton MacTavish, Kate Privett, Rochelle Scott, and Ana Vergara.

Hailey Brockett, Kate Privett, and Rochelle Scott were all honored Saturday as a part of TCU’s senior day.

Friday

Beat Florida Gulf Coast 5-0

MacTavish scored her 20th victory of the season. TCU won all ten sets, moving to 3-1 all-time against the Eagles, with all the wins being sweeps.

Beat Texas A&M - Corpus Christi 5-0

Scott claimed her 25th straight victory, continuing the longest streak in TCU history. The Frogs remain perfect against the Islanders in program history at 14-0.

Saturday

Beat UTEP 5-0

Vergara recorded her 20th win of the season. TCU won all sets played on the way to the win in their first-ever matchup against the Miners.

Beat Houston Christian 5-0

Brockett/Scott continue the longest duo match win streak in program history at 20 straight victories with the win. The Horned Frogs remain undefeated against the Huskies at 12-0 all-time.

TCU moves to 28-0 on the season, with 11 of those victories coming against ranked opponents. Twenty-two of those wins have come via sweeps. They are the only undefeated team in the nation.

Buckle up because the Frogs only have one more regular season tournament.

Next up: The Horned Frogs travel to San Luis Obispo, CA, April 14-15 for the Center of Effort Challenge next weekend. They are scheduled to play three opponents: Cal Poly, No. 4 UCLA, and No. 18 Pepperdine.
