Tennessee DB Davis Announces Decision to Enter Transfer Portal

Brandon Davis a 2018 signee has left Tennessee program

Brandon Davis was a late addition to Jeremy Pruitt's 2018 signing class out of John Curtis HS (La.) He has announced via social media today that he is leaving Tennessee.

Davis wrote, "I would like to thank my family and friends who's been with me throughout my journey I'm on and continuing to be on. I would also like to thank the coaches whose helped me through my years at UT! I will be entering the transfer portal  and reopening my recruiting process. Thank you Vol Nation you have been nothing but supportive the whole way! Nothing but love! I made friends at UT that's going to last forever and thankful for everyone who took me in with open arms! I wishing nothing but the best for my teammates. God's plan

As a recruit, Davis reported 8 offers, including Liberty and Colorado State. He would sign with Tennessee after a late offer in January.

As a player at Tennessee, Davis played in 1 game and recorded no stats.
