How To Watch: Tennessee vs. South Carolina

The scorching hot Tennessee Volunteers are gearing up to take on South Carolina in Columbia on Saturday.

Tennessee's athletic department may be the top in America. They fielded an 11-2 football team, had a historical baseball run in 2022, and now have a top-10 basketball team.

The Volunteers continue to win playing team basketball, much to the delight of head coach Rick Barnes. They throttled Mississippi State earlier this week, one of the better defensive teams in the SEC.

They get a nice road challenge in South Carolina as they enter conference play. The Gamecocks have struggled under first-year head coach Lamont Paris this season but have talent on the perimeter.

Furthermore, South Carolina has a prospective NBA lottery pick in GG Jackson. Tennessee must continue playing their style of basketball to get a win over the garnet and black.

Their contest is part of a packed college hoops day on Saturday. Several ranked matchups highlight the day, with nearly every major program playing at some point. The Vols hope to jump into the top 5 after another strong week.
