Tennessee recently offered another talented prospect from Ohio. Ashton Alston is a cornerback prospect from Anderson High School in Ohio. He is a 5-10, 165-pound 2027 athlete who recently recapped his Tennessee offer with Volunteer Country.
"The Tennessee offer means a lot to me. This was my first SEC offer, and it only motivates me more to keep working," the talented prospect states. He also follows that statement up with another statement, "It felt great to get the offer; I was really excited. The conversation was awesome with Coach Nez and Coach Abeln, and I can't wait to get up there in the spring for a visit."
He was asked what comes to mind when he thinks of Tennessee. The Ohio athlete responded, "Best of the best football, great environment, and the SEC." The talented cornerback was also asked what he believed he could bring to a program like Tennessee. "High energy every day, a great skill set, and physical play. I'm also someone who will lead by example," the 2027 athlete stated following the question. He was asked how big of a deal it was to receive an offer from Tennessee early on in his high school career. "It is big time; I've been working my whole life for moments like this!"
