Hezekiah Harris Sets Several Spring Visits
2026 five-star edge rusher Hezekiah Harris (Huntsville, Ala.) has set several spring visits. The elite defender has one with the Tennessee Volunteers.
Jemison High School edge rusher Hezekiah Harris is one of the early top defenders in the 2026 class. He ranks as the No. 11 prospect in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings. Harris commands 12 offers from most of the major programs in the country already, and Tennessee is on his shortlist.
Harris is the top-edge rusher in his class. He's long and athletic with tons of time to continue growing in high school. The Vols really like him early in the process, and they're set to get him on campus soon. He's developed strong relationships with the Alabama and Auburn coaching staffs, which are the in-state schools.

Tennessee defensive line coach Rodney Garner has done a strong job of recruiting national edge rushers over the past few years. Tennessee edge rusher James Pearce Jr. was one of the top defenders in college football and is projected to be a top-5 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Vestavia Hills High School edge rusher Jordan Ross was the No. 3 edge rusher in the 2024 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings, and signed with the Vols.
