2025 three-star wide receiver Joakim Dodson (Collierville, Tenn.) is locked in with the Tennessee Volunteers and won't take any more visits.

Baylor School wide receiver Joakim Dodson committed to Tennessee in February and has drawn national interest since then. The Georgia Bulldogs offered him in March and recently got him on campus, but after seeing the Vols again this past weekend, Dodson has shut his recruitment down.

He confirmed this first with VolQuest's Austin Price. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Dodson is the No. 605 prospect in the 2025 class. While recruiting services aren't as high on him as they are on other Tennessee wide receiver targets, Dodson was a priority for a reason. He's made plays the entire calendar year and continues to ascend the national radar.

"My relationships and trust in the staff were amazing, so it was a no-brainer, and every time I go up there, it just feels like home to me," Dodson told Volunteer Country after his commitment. "My amazing relationship with this staff; they saw my progression from my 9th grade year to now and have believed in me for a long time, even before I was the player that I am today, so that’s why it was an easy choice."
