Nicholas Marsh Narrows Recruitment
Nicholas Marsh is a four-star wide receiver out of River Rouge High School in River Rouge, Michigan. He stands 6 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs 195 pounds. Marsh is set to graduate in 2024. On Saturday, Marsh trimmed his list of 36 offers down to a list of his top schools. On the list are Tennessee, Auburn, and Ole Miss from the SEC, in addition to future member Oklahoma. From his home state, he included both Michigan and Michigan State. Arkansas and Kentucky were SEC schools that offered him but did not make the cut.
Marsh has fantastic physical attributes, aiding him with and without the ball. Firstly, his size is a problem, especially in the red zone. He is fantastic at high-pointing the football, even in tight quarters, and adjusts very well to the ball and the positioning of defenders.
Even with his size, cornerbacks cannot ignore his speed, though, blowing by them if they try to bump him off the line. With the ball in his hands, he is a nightmare to bring down due to his speed but more so because of his size and strength. He is definitely a player that all 12 of the schools listed would love to have. Hopefully, he decides to come to Knoxville and continue the high-level play we have seen lately on the outside, but he will be a very difficult get. Volunteer Country will continue to monitor for developments.
