Travis Smith Jr. Preparing For Tennessee Visit

2025 four-star wide receiver Travis Smith Jr. (Atlanta, Ga.) is preparing for a junior day trip to visit the Tennessee Volunteers.

Westlake High School wide receiver Travis Smith Jr. has a lot of premium suitors after him. He's scheduled junior day visits with Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, according to 247Sports's Blair Angulo. Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney also recently stopped by his high school in Atlanta, Georgia, to visit the talented wideout.

Smith Jr. is the No. 187 prospect in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He hauled in 34 passes for 587 yards and eight touchdowns during his junior season, ending his season in a big way. Georgia hosted him for a junior day last weekend, and several recruiting insiders put in expert predictions for Smith to commit to the Bulldogs.

This weekend, Tennessee hosts its junior day, and Smith is on the visitors' list. The Vols don't have a wide receiver in the 2025 class but are planning to add blue-chip talent at that position. Southlake Carroll tight end Jack VanDorselaer was the first pass catcher to jump on board in this class, becoming the highest-rated 2025 commit for Tennessee until this point.
