Longhorns WATCH: Bijan Robinson Jukes Defender on 1st NFL Carry

Former Texas Longhorns running back Bijan Robinson is already making highlight plays during his NFL debut with the Atlanta Falcons.
In this story:

It didn't take long for former Texas Longhorns star running back Bijan Robinson to make an impact during his first NFL action with the Atlanta Falcons in Friday's preseason home game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Robinson, who didn't play in Atlanta's first preseason game last Friday, is now getting his first chance to show NFL fans why he was the No. 8 overall pick in April's draft.

His first carry on Friday proved to be a quick highlight, but Robinson's impressive 12-yard run is nothing that Texas fans haven't already seen countless times over the past few seasons.

Take a look:

It didn't end there for Robinson, who made a tough one-handed grab with his left hand later on in the drive. He made plenty of plays as a receiver during his time at Texas, and looks primed to hold a similar role with the Falcons.

At the end of the first quarter, Robinson had posted four carries for 20 yards and one catch for six yards. It is of course just preseason though, meaning any spectacular or dreadful performance should be taken with a grain of salt.

But it's hard to deny that Robinson has elite talent, something that NFL and Texas fans alike will be keeping an eye on this season.
