It has been a strong showing so far in the 2023 NFL draft for the Texas Longhorns, with defensive lineman Moro Ojomo the latest to be drafted after he was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles with the No. 249 pick.

Ojomo put together a career year across the board for the Longhorns as he helped anchor a defensive line that was stout against the run, holding teams to 125.7 yards per game on the ground.

His final season saw him record 32 total tackles with 5.5 tackles for loss and three sacks, with his production showing that he has what it takes to flourish at the next level despite his 6-3. 292-pound build.

"Ojomo is an explosive defensive lineman with a high motor, good arm length and athletic traits, and experience in several unique roles, but he’s an undersized tweener who struggles against double teams and lacks a developed pass rush plan," SI Draft Bible wrote about Ojomo.

Ojomo is the fifth Longhorn to be drafted, joining Bijan Robinson, DeMarvion Overshown, and Keondre Coburn.

He will look to earn a roster spot amongst an immensely talented defensive line room, that includes Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis and more.
