Complete List of Longhorns New 2023 Jersey Number Assignments

The new faces in the Texas Longhorns football program have been assigned jersey numbers.
In this story:

Entering the third offseason of the Steve Sarkisian era, the Texas Longhorns kicked off a critical spring practice on Monday. 

And amongst the new faces in Austin this spring, several will be counted on to contribute right away for Texas, particularly those coming in via the NCAA Transfer Portal. 

Not to mention the handful of early enrollees from the 2023 recruiting class, that arrived on campus for the spring semester. 

Now, hose new players, as well as some veterans have been assigned new jersey numbers heading into spring practice.
