Oregon-Washington showdown headlines an otherwise bland Saturday schedule

It's almost impossible to differentiate who is making the worst decisions these days: The Locksmith with his picks against the spread or Mario Cristobal's end-game coaching.

Outside a Pac-12 clash between unbeatens Washington and Oregon, and a quarterback showdown between Miachel Penix and Bo Nix, there's not much that jumps out with Saturday's schedule.

USC-Notre Dame could have been a marquee game, but the Irish's bizarre offensive playcalling has them in the role of spoiler now.

Miami-North Carolina is another that should have grabbed the nation's attention until Cristobal pulled a Fred Merkle (look it up if you're too young to get the reference).

Because of the Locksmith's ongoing mediocrity this week's games are offered without comment.
