Your UCLA Bruins football program is off to an undefeated 2023 season start after beating Coastal Carolina in its first game of the season last Saturday.

Now, oddsmakers are saying that the Bruins should be on their way to a 2-0 start for the third consecutive year.

According to Action, the sportsbooks have opened the Bruins up as a 13.5-point favorite over San Diego State in their week two matchup. SDSU is coming off a win against Idaho State where they narrowly avoided an upset.

Since the odds have been set, the line for UCLA has gone even more in its favor as in most sportsbooks they are now 14.5 point favorites.

With that being said, UCLA is also a heavy favorite on the money line. Right now the team is -700 to win. That means if someone bet $10 they would win $1.43.

There is more value in betting the San Diego State upset where at +500 odds, $10 would win $50.

The oddsmakers are expecting UCLA to put up at least 34 points as that is where the line is set for the team. SDSU is set at 17.

If a UCLA fan decides to throw money on the team, they can watch them on CBS at 4:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon, September 9th.

This is UCLA's first road game of the season.
