Class of 2025 WR Raiden Vines-Bright Secures UCLA Football Offer

The speedy wideout is now sitting on nine Division I offers, with the Bruins joining Arizona, Louisville, Michigan and others.

The Bruins went to the desert for their latest recruiting target, sending an offer to one of Arizona's top underclassmen.

Class of 2025 wide receiver Raiden Vines-Bright has picked up an offer from UCLA football, the Corona Del Sol High School (AZ) product announced Tuesday on Twitter. The 6-foot pass-catcher has racked up a variety of offers from programs around the nation before the end of his sophomore year.

Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado State, Louisville, Michigan, Ole Miss, Washington and Wisconsin are the other programs that have offered Vines the ninth program to have offered the prospect from the Grand Canyon State.

With Pac-12 schools – Arizona, Arizona State and Washington – and Big Ten programs – Michigan and Wisconsin – showing the most interest in Vines-Bright, UCLA could stand out as the best of both worlds, considering the Bruins are switching from the former conference to the latter in 2024.

During Vines-Bright's sophomore campaign at Coronal Del Sol, the wide receiver played in nine games and tallied 761 receiving yards with nine touchdowns on 42 catches. Vines-Bright also added 56 yards on the ground and 60 as a kick returner.

Vines-Bright will be competing at the ESPN300 Under Armour Elite Underclassmen Camp in Salt Lake City on June 10.

Vines-Bright also competes in track and field at Coronal Del Sol. According to MileSplit, the speedy prospect runs a 10.82-second 100-meter dash and a 22.55-second 200-meter dash.

UCLA has plenty of experience with former track and field prospects on its roster. Former Bruin Kazmeir Allen took first at the 2018 CIF championships 100-meter dash and spent five seasons with the Bruins in a multi-faceted offensive role.

Vines-Bright is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports and On3, while on ESPN and Rivals do not have him ranked. The Tempe native is the No. 367 prospect in the class of 2024, the No. 48 wide receiver and the No. 4 overall player in Arizona. Although Vines-Bright is just a three-star as of now, early offers from Michigan, Washington Wisconsin and UCLA bode well for his stock in the year ahead.

Wide receivers coach Jerry Neuheisel offered four class of 2025 wide receivers prospects Tuesday – Vines-Bright, Phillip Bell III, Talyn Taylor and Cooper Perry. Prior to that run, the Bruins hadn't offered a single pass-catcher for the upcoming cycle.
