Former UCLA Standout Anthony Barr Will Join New Orleans Saints

The Pro Bowl linebacker has found himself a new team

Former UCLA All-American linebacker and NFL Pro Bowler Anthony Barr has found himself a new home.

According to NFL reporter for ESPN Dianna Russini, Barr will join the NFC South team New Orleans Saints following his workout yesterday. 

Former #UCLA star LB Anthony Barr will sign with the New Orleans Saints today once he passes his physical with the team, per @diannaESPN. Barr worked out with the team yesterday along with Kareem Hunt, and the team is signing both players.

Barr will be entering his 10th NFL season and his third team. He spent his first eight seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, where he made the Pro Bowl four seasons in a row. 

In 2022, he was with the Dallas Cowboys playing in 14 games with 10 starts. Now, he has a new home and will help lead the Saints to an NFC South title. 

Barr, 31, still has plenty of gas left in the tank, and he will prove that in the Big Eazy. Congratulations, Anthony; we'll be rooting for you.
