The schedule changes keep rolling in for the Bruins.

After All Bruins reported UCLA football's road game against LSU had been delayed from Aug. 31, 2024, to Sept. 21, 2024, on Wednesday night, the program came out and announced several other reschedulings for its future slate. Several of the changes were related to cancelations from the 2020 season, while others were actually new additions.

UCLA will now kick off its 2024 season on Aug. 31 with a trip to Hawaii, a game that was supposed to be played Sept. 5, 2020. To avoid playing four nonconference games in 2024, UCLA then agreed to push its Sept. 7, 2024, matchup with UNLV to Sept. 6, 2031.

The Bruins and Rainbow Warriors were already scheduled to play Sept. 18, 2027, at the Rose Bowl, but that game has now been replaced with a different game on the same date in Monoa. The game that was scheduled for 2027 has been moved to Sept. 9, 2028, a date UCLA previously had open.

The game between UCLA and San Diego State that was initially scheduled for Sept. 19, 2020, has also been moved to Sept. 13, 2031. The Bruins' 2020 season opener against New Mexico State has yet to be rescheduled.

According to the official contract obtained by the Daily Bruin in 2020, UCLA agreed to pay New Mexico State $1.2 million to visit the Rose Bowl on Aug. 29, 2020. The contract also stated the party that unilaterally cancels or refuses to participate in the game must pay the other party $1.4 million in liquidated damages.

Unless the Pac-12 reduces it nine-game conference schedule to eight, the next possible date the Bruins could play the Aggies would be in 2027. A UCLA Athletics spokesperson told All Bruins the department has "not yet rescheduled New Mexico State."

UCLA's entire future nonconference schedule is as follows:
