UCLA Football: Bruins vs. Colorado Game Draws Big-Name Commentators

The Buffs and the Bruins will be getting two big names for their play-by-play commentary this week!

The UCLA Bruins are scheduled to face off against the popular Colorado Buffaloes on October 28th, a game where much media attention will focus on both coaches and their quarterbacks.

Top commentators Chris Fowler and Kirk Hebstreit will be in the booth for ABC's broadcast of the big game on Saturday.

Shedeur Sanders leads the Buffaloes as the star field general, who was thrown for over 2,400 yards with 21 touchdowns and just three interceptions.

The Bruins are off to a hot start this year, currently owning a 5-2 record, with both losses coming against ranked teams, the Utah Utes and the Oregon State Beavers.

This Bruins team is also coming off an absolute destruction of the Stanford Cardinal in a 42-7 game where transfer running back Carson Steele ran for three touchdowns.

The running game by the Bruins makes it so that anyone taking snaps at quarterback has an easier time; as a team, the Bruins are averaging 5 yards per carry on the year, along with 16 touchdowns on the ground.

This ground game, paired with a top-tier pass rushing unit that constantly makes quarterbacks uncomfortable in the pocket, should spell a tough time for Shedeur Sanders, one of the most sacked quarterbacks in all of college football.

If the Bruins want to walk away the victors from this matchup, then the defense will need to stop the dynamic Sanders while also establishing a strong run game against an explosive defense.

The Bruins are currently 17-point favorites against the Buffaloes, but a big game is more than guaranteed with both of these teams facing off.
