UCLA Football: Bruins WR Officially Enters the Transfer Portal

The Bruins lose yet another offensive player to the transfer portal.

The UCLA Bruins have been getting hit hard with players entering the transfer portal, especially on the offensive side of the ball. QB Dante Moore, WR Kam Brown, and OL Jake Wiley left for a new journey.

To add to the list of players who are seeking playing time with new colleges, Ari Libenson has officially announced his entrance into the transfer portal.

Libenson played a dual role while playing for the Bruins. We served as a WR and kicker for the team. He has announced via social media that he is transferring as a WR, and has two years left of eligibility.

We imagine Libenson is deciding to head out of UCLA so he is given more time to evolve as a straight WR. Should his final two years of eligibility result in more playing time at the position, it could be enough to elevate him into the NFL.

There aren't many players that can serve as both offensive pieces and special teams, so Libenson could find himself as a solid swiss army knife of sorts as a player at the pro level. Either way, we wish him the best on his next journey.
