The UCLA Bruins will enter the 2024 season with a new light. Many of their players have left for either the NFL Draft or the transfer portal, and they will join a new conference, the Big Ten conference.

Changes are on the horizon, and your UCLA Bruins must be sharper, brighter, and simply better to show they belong in a more dominant conference. The Bruins are certainly doing their part, as the social media team released a video on X putting in work in the rain.

It's been a rainy weekend in Los Angeles, but that didn't stop the Bruins from getting better, and they must.

Working in the rain could be good for the team in preparing for Big Ten opponents like Michigan, Ohio State, Indiana, and Illinois. East Coast teams often deal with rainy environments far more than the West Coast, so UCLA working in the rain is smart.

Things will only get more challenging from here, and they are already disadvantaged. The Bruins incoming 2024 class is ranked at 53 overall, according to 247Sports. On top of that, many pundits have them in the middle of the pack to the bottom half of the Big Ten 2024 rankings.

Of the 18 teams in the Big 10, Yahoo Sports has the Bruins at 11 after finishing the 2023 season at 8-5 with a 4-5 record in the Pac-12.

That won't matter once the ball gets rolling in late August/early September, as the Bruins will look to shock many people.
