The UCLA Bruins are a storied university, especially when it comes to their athletic department. The sports at UCLA are filled with all-time greats who have gone on to excel in their sport and beyond.

There are so many great players to list that it could take up this entire page; nonetheless, everyone has their favorites, including ESPN analyst for college football Rece Davis. Davis tweeted his favorite Pac-12 players and chose legendary Bruin hall of famer Theotis Brown.

Theotis Brown is an excellent choice from the college football expert. Brown spent three seasons at UCLA, where he dominated the Pac-8/Pac-10 from 1976-1978.

Brown was a machine rushing for 3215 yards from scrimmage with an average of 5.7 yards per play and 26 total touchdowns in 564 plays. "Big Foot" ranks ninth in rushing for the Bruins all time and was inducted into the UCLA Athletics Hall of Fame in 2011.

His NFL career was unfortunately cut short as his career came to an end at the age of 27 after suffering a heart attack. He was selected in the second round of the 1979 NFL Draft, and even though his time in the NFL wasn't long, he did his part as a member of the Bruins, and Davis would agree.
