When taking a look at UCLA's first two wins of their 2023 season, a couple of trends have already begun to take place within their system. Obviously, you have the big question that remains up in the air pertaining to whether or not freshman star Dante Moore will land the QB1 spot full-time.

He has been able to show out for Westwood thus far into his short career as a Bruin but a large part of his success has been thanks to the chemistry he has built with his receivers.

Senior receiver Logan Loya has become a go-to target on the field for Moore in the first two games.

In UCLA's recent win over San Diego State University, Logan Loya was able to contribute 77 yards on four receptions to go with one touchdown. SDSU's defense began to key in on him more as the game went on but he served as a solid option for Moore especially in the first half.

In a postgame conversation with 247 Sports, Loya shared excitement for just how many options the Bruins have at the WR position. He is maximizing the opportunities he gets as a senior on the team and looks forward to seeing everybody grow.

"We're loaded," said Loya. "We're super deep in the room. With all the quarterbacks and running backs as well, it's great. Being able to contribute to this team, it's awesome and I want to continue doing whatever I can to help this team win."

Loya is going to continue playing a huge role for UCLA this year not just when the ball goes into play but as a veteran on the roster. Let's see how he continues to perform Saturday against North Carolina!
