It was a strange start, but UCLA finished strong in a 71-63 win against Oregon at Pauley Pavilion on Saturday.

The Bruins have won five of their last six games and evened their record at 11-11.

According to ESPN commentator Roxy Bernstein, the game was delayed almost 30 minutes due to President Biden's motorcade.

Oregon finally arrived at 6:31 p.m. for a scheduled 7 p.m. tip. The game was pushed to 7:25 p.m., but the Ducks didn't get going until about the midway point of the first half.

Dylan Andrews continued his sharpshooting ways. The guard led the Bruins with a game-high 21 points and was 9-for-16 from the field, including 3-for-3 from three-point range.

Lazar Stefanovic recorded his first double-double of his career with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Sebastian Mack added 16 points.

Nine Bruins contributed with points, and 10 different players saw playing time.

After the slight delay to start the game, the Bruins got on the board first with this three-pointer from Andrews.

Andrews extended the UCLA lead with his second three-point field goal of the night.

UCLA saw a 24-7 lead slip away quickly. Before the Bruins knew it, they were trailing the Ducks by one at the half.

Aday Mara joined in on the action in the second half with his first bucket of the night.

With just over five minutes to play in the game, the Bruins entered the bonus and took advantage of their free throws to close out the game. UCLA made 13 of their 17 free throws on the night.

Up next for UCLA is a date with the Stanford Cardinal on Wednesday at 6 p.m. PST.
