UCLA Basketball In Danger Of Missing Multiple Players in Season Opener

Let's hope they're not out for long.

Ahead of your UCLA Bruins' season opener Monday night against the Saint Francis Red Flash, the status of two undisclosed players have been brought into question for the contest, according to Tracy Pierson of 247Sports:

"There are also a couple of injuries, but we can’t elaborate on which players are injured, and the extent of the injuries. There’s a possibility that at least one player might not be cleared physically by Nov. 6th."

While Pierson is unable to go into detail about who could miss time, there are rumblings that at least one player is expected to be out.

In that same article, however, Pierson also reveals some good injury news, including that power forward Adem Bona and center Aday Mara are both expected to be back in time for for the opener, which is great news given their inconsistent practice patterns over the past few weeks.

The injuries to the unnamed players remains a question mark, but they have around three weeks to heal before their first major matchup, where they visit the No. 5 Marquette Golden Eagles.
