UCLA Basketball Pac-12 Tournament Quarterfinals: How to Watch, Odds, Predictions, and More
After defeating Oregon State 67-57 on Wednesday, UCLA men's basketball has advanced to the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinals, where they will take on Oregon. The winner of UCLA-Oregon will take on the winner of USC-Arizona.
UCLA's defense returned to form against the Beavers, allowing less than 60 points as Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year Adem Bona led the team. However, they will face a much tougher test in Oregon, which is ranked eight places higher in the conference than Oregon State.
How to Watch
UCLA-Oregon will begin at 2:30 p.m. PT with the game taking place in Las Vegas. The game will air on the Pac-12 Network and will be available to stream as well on the Fubo TV app.
Odds
No. 4 Oregon is favored (-3.5) over No. 5 UCLA. The over/under is set at 128.5, via ESPN Bet.
Predictions
UCLA and Oregon have played each other twice this season. UCLA won their most recent matchup on Feb 3 and Oregon won back on December 30.
This could be a huge game for Dylan Andrews, who was the story of the day for the Bruins on Wednesday. Andrews led the team in scoring with a career-high 31 points, which was also the most points scored in a single game by any Bruin this year. Andrews was particularly on fire with his three-point attempts, shooting seven three-pointers in the game.
Another positive for the Bruins is Oregon does not have a ton of momentum going into this game. Oregon has gone 1-2 in their last three games, while UCLA comes into this game with two straight two wins. Granted, those wins were not against tough opponents, but still a good boost for the team.
Score Pick: UCLA 68, Oregon 64
More
Another key for the Bruins will be Bona limiting turnovers. Bona had five turnovers in the first half against Oregon State. While this did not cost them against the Beavers, it could prove more harmful against a better team like Oregon.
