UCLA Basketball Vs Oregon State: Betting Odds, How To Watch, Predictions And More
As losers of four straight games and five of their last six, your UCLA Bruins are in a tough spot entering conference play.
They currently sit at 5-6 overall on the year, good for second-to-last place in the Pac-12, with plenty of conference peers showing major signs of improvement relative to last season.
Washington, Oregon, Oregon State, Colorado, and Washington State look like much different teams this season. Adding that group to an Arizona team that has won the Pac-12 each of the past two seasons, and you're looking at what may be the most competitive the Pac-12 has been in years.
Conference play is bound to be a gauntlet, and UCLA tips it off versus the 8-3 Oregon State Beavers on Thursday night.
Here's how you can watch it:
When: Thursday (12/28) at 7 p.m. PT
Where: Gill Coliseum, Corvallis, Oregon
TV and Radio: Pac-12 Network/570 AM
Per FanDuel, UCLA is favored by 5.5 points. This could be seen as a bit hefty, given that the Beavers are 8-0 at home. That said, they possess no impressive wins, and have convincingly lost to the 3 quality teams they've played: Nebraska (by 21), Baylor (by 16), Pittsburgh (by 25).
UCLA should be able to come out with a win here given their loss quality, as while they sit at 5-6, they've played Marquette (L, by 2) and Gonzaga (L, by 4) incredibly close – two teams that are better than anyone Oregon State has faced.
