There will be so much to look forward to when it comes to the UCLA men's basketball team's 2023-2024 season and with a fresh roster and final campaign in the Pac-12 Conference, the pressure will be real.

Your Bruins recently embarked on an international summer tour to face off in their first couple of exhibition matches with their new group and even though they were missing some key names, guys such as Sebastian Mack, Devin Williams and Lazar Stefanovic took advantage of their opportunities early on.

One big name that wasn't able to participate in these guys was incoming Spanish big man Aday Mara. The struggles it took for Mara to officially join UCLA have been well-documented and the entire community of Westwood just wants to see him take the floor already.

His skillset and potential at the college level have experts very intrigued and European scouts recently took to Twitter to share some game film and break down exactly what there is to love about his game.

"2023 recruit Aday Mara will be joining UCLA next season. The 7'3 Center displayed his inside finishing, court vision and rim protection at Liga Endesa already and looks ready to dominate in college."

Mara has already seen different forms of competition with his professional club and the next step will be to show NBA scouts that he is able to continue shining at the collegiate level.

The 7'3 big man has already shown the willingness to find open teammates and commit on the defensive end so it will now just be up to him to get on top of more intangibles and help build a winning culture within this new squad.
