UCLA women's basketball is set to face Washington this Friday. The Bruins are coming off of a heartbreaking overtime loss to Utah that was just their second defeat of the season. The Bruins will be looking to get back into the win column in this game, or they'll risk plummeting down the rankings and in the Pac-12 standings.

This is the first and only time UCLA and Washington will face off during the 2024 regular season. With Washington also going to the Big Ten next year, this is not the end of their conference rivalry.

How to Watch

The game will be starting at 7 p.m. PT on Friday, January 26th and airing on the Pac-12 Network. The game will also be available through the Fubo TV app.

Predictions

UCLA's home-court advantage should come up big in this game. After a tough three-game road stretch, the Bruins will be happy to be playing in front of their home fans again. On top of this, the Bruins are undefeated at home.

The Bruins are also a much higher rated team than the Huskies. While this didn't necessarily bode in their favor against No. 16 Utah, it should give them an edge over unranked Washington. Not only does Washington have a 12-5 record compared to UCLA's 15-2, but they are just 2-4 against conference opponents.

Look for UCLA get back on track and outscore Washington in this one.

Bruins 71, Huskies 63

More

Look for Gabriela Jaquez to be one of the Bruins' top impact players after she led UCLA with 21 points against Utah on Monday night. Also see if Kiki Rice and Charisma Osborne can rebound in this one. Though Rice was second in the team in points with 16 versus Utah, she had eight turnovers, double her previous season-high. Osborne was third with 14 points, but missed some shots she normally makes.

If these three can put together another high scoring game, they should be able to defeat Washington no problem.
