The Huskies finished with a total of 51 points, third behind Penn State on top (116 pts) and South Carolina in second (80 pts).

"Our women two years ago were 15th in an 18-team field, so to come in and finish third in this competitive field, we have made a ton of progress," commented Director of Cross Country and Track & Field Greg Roy. "We got a lot better again this weekend. Late in the meet, we had three or four events going at once, and I was kind of in the middle of the track and looking around and our whole team was engaged. I really felt we had a lot of cohesion and synergy as a team. I really feel like we're really starting to come together."

"In the field events, great to see Patricia rolling along, grabbing a win," said Roy. "Emma Chee was great again in the pole vault. And give a ton of credit to our pentathletes, especially Emily Lavarnway who was great in her first time competing as a Husky."

"Randi Burr with a big PR in the 3K and our distance relay was really good on Friday with Chloe leading off and Mia on anchor. And our jumps were really good, with a great showing from both Zayin and Taylor."
