Hello World. Welcome to UConn Illustrated, an online destination dedicated to year-round coverage of UConn Huskies athletics.
It’s exciting times in Storrs, Connecticut. When you examine the college landscape and start comparing the sports legacy of UConn, few programs across the country can stack up with the Huskies. That is why it was only necessary to launch UConn Illustrated, part of the FanNation Network on Sports Illustrated.
With inside access into UConn Nation, we plan to bring you behind the scenes of an athletic department that has hung 23 National Championship banners across all sports. Brace for the journey that is UConn basketball, featuring 11-time champion women’s head coach Geno Auriemma and ascending men’s head coach Dan Hurley.
Plus, it’s the dawn of a new era with UConn football head coach Jim Mora, who brings his high profile, NFL-pedigree to East Hartford. UConn Illustrated will be there every step of the rebuild with exclusive access to coaches, players and influencers.
The buzz is growing louder and UConn recruiting is set to heat up! We will track the latest top Husky recruits in all sports, keep tabs on the transfer portal and count you down to the path to the NFL Draft, as we tag along the journey of several aspiring pro Huskies.
