After three seasons in Chapel Hill, Caleb Love has played his last game as a Tar Heel.

On Monday, the St. Louis native announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal. Love averaged 16.7 points and 3.7 rebounds, while shooting 37.8 percent from the field as a junior.

In the 2022 Final Four, Love hit one of the most memorable shots in North Carolina history to defeat Duke and send the Tar Heels to the National Championship Game.

After returning for the 2022-2023 season, Love struggled to replicate his past performances, shooting 29.9 percent from three-point range.

Love started all 33 games for a North Carolina squad that failed to reach the NCAA Tournament.

Over three seasons, he has averaged 14.6 points on 36 percent shooting from the field.

With his entrance into the portal, Love becomes the sixth Tar Heel to transfer this offseason.

North Carolina currently has seven scholarship players heading into the 2023-2024 campaign. How will the Tar Heels rebuild through the transfer portal?
